Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility
    • All patient accounts created by December 20, 2024, are automatically entered for a chance to win the Vosita Cybertruck for Kids (or ‘Vosita Mini Cybertruck’).
    • You must be at least 18 years old to be eligible. If under 18, you must be part of a family account managed by an individual over the age of 18.
    • The giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are US citizens. Vosita employees and their immediate family/household members are not eligible.
    • No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
  2. How to Enter
    • Create an account through the Vosita mobile app or Vosita.com. All new accounts created by December 20, 2024, will automatically be entered into the giveaway. Each member of a family account managed by an individual over the age of 18 gets an entry to win.
  3. Winner Selection and Notification
    • One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
    • The winner will be announced on Monday, December 23, 2024, at 12 PM EST at the company parking lot located at 1 Kalisa Way, Paramus, NJ 07652. The event will be streamed live on social media platforms and recorded.
    • The winner will be notified via the contact information provided during account registration.
  4. Prize
    • The prize is a Vosita Cybertruck for Kids, an all-electric four-wheel ride-on toy from Tesla inspired by its Cybertruck. It is intended for drivers between the ages of 6 and 12 years old. The mini Cybertruck is branded with a Vosita wrap (as seen above).
    • Free delivery/shipping will be provided within a 100-mile radius of the Vosita office in Paramus, NJ. If the winner resides outside this radius, they may be responsible for additional shipping charges or must arrange for pickup.
  5. General Conditions
    • The winner may be required to complete and sign an affidavit of eligibility, release of liability, and a publicity release, where permitted by law, as a condition of receiving the prize.
    • By participating, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of Vosita, which are final and binding in all respects.
    • Vosita reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found in violation of these terms and conditions or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
  6. Privacy
    • Any personal information collected during the giveaway will be used for the purposes of administering the giveaway and in accordance with Vosita’s privacy policy.
  7. Limitations of Liability
    • Vosita is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or for any technical or human error that may occur during the administration of the giveaway.
    • By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Vosita and its affiliates, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising out of or in connection with the giveaway.
  8. Modification and Termination
    • Vosita reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway if it becomes technically compromised or cannot be conducted as planned.
